  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and courier delays.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

  1. Tracking & Order Status
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Customers can track their orders through the courier’s official website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not be able to fulfill your order.
  • Seinen Clothing LLP is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are accurate and complete.
  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office before reaching out to us.
  • Seinen Clothing LLP is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

  1. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the package and product.
  • We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund based on our assessment.

  1. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at the time of order placement.
  • Address modifications or order changes can only be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be made.
